Our club will be
entering teams in the Ladies Competition,
and in the Gents Intermediate-Junior
Combined Competition. We can enter unlimited Ladies teams, but only one
Gents team. Any Ladies who wish to play are asked to contact Jacinta O’Mahoney
or Mary O’Neill. As there will be only one Gents team, this team will be
selected on the basis of a series of trials which will take place over the next
couple of weeks. Anyone who wishes to be considered for these trials is asked
to enter his name on the sheet that is posted in the clubhouse. The inter-club
competition will be taking place at weekends, and will involve travelling to
other clubs. Members are urged not to put their names forward if they will be
unavailable at weekends. This competition commences on the weekend of 20th,
21st April.
