 Committee meeting 
Thursday 5th January 2023 at 7 o'clock 
A.G.M
This will be held on 15th January at 2pm in the Fusion centre, all motions to be sent to our secretary Anne O'connor two weeks before the A.G.M.

 There are a few rules that are not being adhered to. 
 1. Please fix ball marks 
 2. No practice chipping or putting when on the first or eighteenth greens. 
 3. Only 2 balls may be pitched when practicing. 
 4. If both you and your oponents ball are on the same green, you are penalised if you hit their ball with yours. 5 .When in sand bunker your club must not touch any sand before you take your shot.


Hours Of Play 
 Anyone coming in with a member when the gate is closed must use the envelopes provided on the wooden fence and put into postbox. 
Name, telephone number, date and amount to be written on the envelope. 
 Bonus number 
The winner of number 20 was mary Daly, you can pick your lucky number in the club house. 

Course Etiquette 
 Treat your fellow players with respect at all times. 
 NEVER walk away from the green when the game has finished, always acknowledge your playing partner. 
 Always show respect for the course and other players by not making noise, especially when they are playing their shots. 
 The only time you are allowed to shout is when you are shouting FORE. 
 When you see you are delaying the play of those coming behind, allow them to play through. 
 MANNERS COST NOTHING.

Some of our members played with Claycastle pitch and putt club at the  Cunnigar and had a very enjoyable day.
We had a great turnout between both clubs and plenty of tasty food was provided.

Chairperson's Day
 Mary Daly's special day is on Sunday the  18th September It will be a 36 Hole strokeplay. 
This is Mary's final year as our Chairperson after a very successful 3 year reign . 
So let's all come and support Mary and give her the send off she deserves.

Claycastle day out
Some of our members travelled to youghal where we received a wonderful welcome from the Claycastle pitch and putt club and and had a very enjoyable game with the members there and we hope to return the favour in the near future.

Note's 21/08/2022

 Thomas 'frostie' Maher charity day in aid of HUGG.


We had a brilliant turnout out for frosties day, which showed the respect the club,  members and everyone whom he met had for him.
What he did for this club will never ever be forgotten.
It was great to see frosties mother Mary present the trophy to the winners.
