This year will be a straight 36 hole Strokeplay with no play off.

Competitions have now started and Maureen Power is the first on the board, well done Maureen.

Thursday 3rd March 7pm

 Winter Rules.
 Bunkers are out of play. If ball lands in bunker, ball must be dropped behind the bunker, not at the sides (no shot lost).
Ball can be cleaned, lifted and placed. 
There are a few rules that are not being adhered to. 
1. Please fix ball marks  
2. No practice chipping or putting when on the first or eighteenth greens. 
3. Only 2 balls may be pitched when practicing (but not on the first or eighteenth greens). 
4. If both you and your opponents ball are on the same green, you are penalised if you hit their ball with yours.

Course Etiquette 

Treat your fellow players with respect at all times. 
NEVER walk away from the green when the game has finished, always acknowledge your playing partner.  
Always show respect for the course and other players by not making noise, especially when they are playing their shots. 
The only time you are allowed to shout is when you are shouting FORE. 
When you see you are delaying the play of those coming behind, allow them to play through. 
MANNERS COST NOTHING.

Hours Of Play 
Anyone coming in with a member when the gate is closed must use the envelopes provided on the wooden fence and put into postbox. Name, telephone number, date and amount to be written on the envelope.

 Bonus number 

Bernie Troy was the winner of number 5,
you can now pick your lucky number in the club house. 

MEMBERS WITH ANY SYMPTOMS OF THE VIRUS MUST STAY AWAY FROM THE COURSE.

the Brent geese on our course being caught, tagged and released by the wildlife conservationists.  It was a great sight to see and even the local schools came to witness the occasion.
