Notes 16/07/23

 Munster Strokeplay 

Well done to Lorraine Troy who came 5th in the Munster Strokeplay which was held in Fermoy Saturday last in atrocious weather conditions and to finish in the top 5 in senior grade was a great achievement from Lorraine.
Also Stephen Donovan who did the club proud on the Sunday.

Gents Doubles League 

The men's doubles competition will start at 6.30pm, Wednesday 26th July. 
Names must be in by Sunday 23rd July. 
The competition will run for 4 weeks. €20 entry fee."

 Anyone coming in with a member when the gate is closed must use the envelopes provided on the wooden fence and put into postbox.

Brief Rule 
Have respect for the course, do not damage greens by hitting them clubs.

Course Etiquette 
 Treat your fellow players with respect at all times. 
 NEVER walk away from the green when the game has finished, always acknowledge your playing partner. 
 Always show respect for the course and other players by not making noise, especially when they are playing their shots. 
 The only time you are allowed to shout is when you are shouting FORE. 
 When you see you are delaying the play of those coming behind, allow them to play through. 
 MANNERS COST NOTHING.
